The Site domain performance report is now available through Funnel's AppNexus connector.
The fields that are unique for this new report are the following dimensions:
- Fold position
- Fold position ID
- Mobile application ID
- Mobile application name
- Second level category ID
- Second level category name
- Top level category ID
- Top level category name
